My name is Irina Kile. I am a mother of many children and a bus driver. Every day I drive people through the streets of Tallinn and see the city without filters. My passengers are teachers, doctors, pensioners, students, parents of schoolchildren. I hear their stories not from reports, but directly from my own hands.
I live the same life – standing in the same lines, reading the same prices in the store, getting up before dawn to get to my shift. That’s why I know that the city needs solutions, not formal answers.
Many people found out about me after I made a funny video on TikTok, where I showed a city bus with the same pride as in the famous Bentley meme. The video went viral on social media, people laughed, passengers stood up and thanked me for my positive attitude. Even the management of Tallinn City Transport supported me and joked that our buses are as comfortable as Bentleys. It is important for me to see that there is room for humor and human interaction in the city. But my real work remains behind the scenes – every day making sure that people get home safely and on time.
I didn’t get into politics for a position. I want:
I would like to talk separately about a topic that is close to my heart as a mother of many children – child development. Today, the most interesting and modern hobby clubs are so expensive that they are out of reach for many families. Children stay at home not because of a lack of talent, but because of the price. I make the following proposals:
My strong points are simple: I’m honest and I speak straight, I have a strong will and I don’t give up, I protect my family and I know how to work with people on different levels. And even I feel a lie and always stand on the side of the truth.
“I’m not a politician. I’m a person from the nation. I know this city because I live in it. I know its problems because I solve them every day — both at the wheel of the bus, at home, and in life. And I’m ready to fight to make it easier, safer and more peaceful for all of us to live.”
